The Sea Leopard Project aims to better understand the behavior, ecology, and population dynamics of leopard seals on the Antarctic Peninsula in order to promote their conservation and safe human-seal interactions.

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the awareness of an animal whose biology has yet to be fully discovered.  While some research has already been conducted on these animals, so much more information has yet to be learned. More data needs to be collected and analyzed, the results of which will mutually benefit the scientific, educational and public communities.
